The biggest Wolff systems supplier, ETS Inc. was initially just a distributor of sun-bed and tanning products. Meanwhile, as the indoor tanning industry has substantially grown, ETS Inc. (European Tanning Systems) focused its output on tanning beds:
- commercial (for tanning parlors)
- residential (for home)
and indoor accessories in order to satisfy Wolff’s demands and consumers’ needs.
A few years ago, ETS Inc. founded Salon Council, a group of 13 salon owners, from whom the manufacturer wants to find out what the consumers’ needs and expectations are. For instance, at the demand of salon managers, ETS Inc. recently designed a software management system just for the indoor industry. Salon Explorer enables the salon managers to deal with any kind of issue that might appear.
The tanning beds made by ETS Inc. are tested before leaving the factory. There are standard warranties for all ETS Inc. beds, equipment and accessories. An additional warranty has been settled to cover parts and functioning for up to 48 months.
ETS Inc. designs, manufactures and provides home tanning beds, very comfortable for consumers. They also created the SunDome tanning capsule, a top-selling tanning booth, for salon use. The advantages of this tanning capsule are: less floor for the tanning booth and easier access to its internal components.
